Associate Advisor

Madison Ibsen

Madison Ibsen joins Vineyard Wealth Group as Manager of Operations and Finance. A Martha's Vineyard local, Madison founded Abundance Bookkeeping to help small businesses throughout the Island and the Northeast take control of their finances with personalized, hands-on support.

Before striking out on her own, Madison built her operational chops at the Martha's Vineyard Film Festival and, most recently, as the Operations Manager for an Educational Consulting firm in Connecticut, where she drove meaningful efficiency improvements and supported significant revenue growth. Her work has spanned everything from bookkeeping and payroll to client intake, contracts, and process improvement; basically, if it keeps a business running smoothly, Madison has probably done it.

She brings to Vineyard Wealth Group the same thing she's always brought to her clients: sharp attention to detail, a calm and organized presence, and a genuine commitment to making things work well for the people she serves.
